SUPPORTED HOUSING

Our supported accommodation works with the most vulnerable who are in need of housing within the Birmingham area of the West Midlands. We provide accommodation of a high standard with on-site and floating support to young adults - both male and female aged 18 years and above. Our service enables our service users to become independent with a positive mindset which in turn has a positive impact in the community.

Our friendly but highly trained staff identify the support needs and goals of each individual providing them with a tailor made support plan. We encourage and support all of our service users with the following:

Improving and developing life skills
Budgeting and debt consolidation
Training and volunteering
Support with benefits
Sign posting
Access to health services
Move-on support
Engaging with their communities

The journey may begin in supported accommodation but by ensuring support needs and targets are met, we are able to ensure our service users have access to social housing or are able to move on to independent living accommodation provided through our letting agency or other locally recommended schemes.
