My Happy Place is an independent estate agency which specialises in matching people and properties together perfectly.

 

Founded in 2014 by owner and Director, Mr Nicodemus Dennis, My Happy Place Estate Agency began as an internet based agency after realising the low standard of properties and services offered to low income families within the Birmingham area of the UK.  Whilst working as a full time support worker / housing officer for one of West Midlands main providers, witnessing one too many undesirable properties being offered as a housing solution for the most vulnerable was the motivation I needed to create a means to provide high standard accommodation at affordable rates.  Sourcing and managing properties for an agreed period has been a successful strategy used time and time again.  We offer Landlords the opportunity to reach their maximum rental income by upscaling their properties at little to no initial cost.   

 

Now operating as a small team from our head office located within Birmingham City Centre, we have incorporated many different strategies and adapted them to individual needs and requests but our core belief is simple and has remained the same from the beginning of this journey, to care about our customers and take great pride in getting to know each and everyone in a friendly but professional manner.  To ensure that they are truly happy with our first class service and their new homes/investment.  As a result, a large percentage of our business is referred or recommended through existing landlords, investors and tenants, making it easier for us to secure reliable tenancies and new contracts.
