My Happy Place Estate Agency specialises in property management, accommodation and sales in and around the Birmingham area of the United Kingdom. Offering a friendly but professional client-focused service for Investors, Landlords and Tenants, aiming to match each person’s individual needs to a property that is right for them. 

We offer a number of unique property related services to a wide range of people within the market sector.  Our focus is to provide a high standard of service and quality affordable homes to all. This is mainly achieved once a property is under our control by matching the compatibility of a potential tenant to a landlord taking into account the number of rooms required, do they have pets, place of work, religious circles, preference etc. Once a match has been established, to ensure both parties remain happy with their decision, we offer continuous tenancy support to handle tenancy related issues such as repairs, pest control, benefit advice, guidance and anti-social behaviour. 

Despite all of the above, it takes no great ability or super power to let property. It is simply knowing how to be a good listener, paying attention to detail and knowing how to deal with people from all walks of life young and older.
